International shipping options
We work hard to get the best shipping rates from our couriers so we can pass the savings on to you. Shipping costs for international packages are based on the weight and size of your order.
Simply place items in your cart, select your country and click on “calculate” to see your options. You’ll be given shipping options and costs during the checkout process, after you have selected the delivery address for your order. Please, be aware some brands might have restrictions for shipping outside of US, see restricted items section.
An automated email with the package tracking details is sent as soon as your order is shipped. Tracking details are provided by the carrier.
Delivery by United Parcel Service (UPS)
If your package shipped via UPS, visit the UPS website. UPS tracking is detailed, with package level scans at each step of the journey. Delivery dates are guaranteed and refunds are given when a delivery date is delayed (guarantee does not apply to shipments which are delayed due to causes beyond UPS’s control).
Delivery by postal service
If your package shipped via US Postal Service, visit the USPS website. All delivery times are estimates; there are no delivery guarantees for packages shipped via the Postal Service. Domestic packages are typically scanned at each USPS Sort Facility. International packages are scanned when they leave the United States. No additional scans or details are available until the package reaches the Customs office in the destination country. When the package is processed by Customs, the tracking will be updated. Though you could continue to monitor the tracking from the USPS website, international customers will often obtain more accurate tracking details by tracking the package from the website of your home country's postal service.
Any package shipping outside of the United States is considered an international package. International packages ship via US Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS).
US postal service option
The US Postal Service offers multiple ship options; delivery times vary depending upon the shipping method, processing time in customs in the destination country, and shipping carrier in the destination country. Note that the ultimate carrier is not always the postal service in the destination country. Some countries contract deliveries with private companies. Biohelp is unable to specify how your package is handled once it is released to the US Postal Service. For example, we cannot require a signature for delivery, we cannot specify to leave the package with a neighbor if you're not home, and we cannot specify a certain day or time for delivery. Every detail about package delivery is controlled by the postal service (or their contractee) in the destination country. If you have special delivery requirements, we recommend selecting UPS for delivery of your order.
First-Class Package International Service: Limited to orders with total value less than $400, total package weight less than 4 pounds. Not available for all destinations. Deliver time varies by destination, but Biohelp has experienced ship times as long as 8 weeks using this service.
Priority Mail International®: this service provides limited tracking and delivery times vary from 2 to 6 weeks. Not available for all destinations. This is the preferred postal service option for shipments to Ukraine and Kazakhstan.
Priority Mail Express International™: this service provides limited tracking and delivery times vary from 1 to 5 weeks. Not available for all destinations. In general, ship times for packages going west (e.g., Australia, New Zealand, Asia) are quick; about 1 week. Ship times for packages going east (e.g., Europe) are slower and average about 3 weeks.
United Parcel Service (UPS) Options
The only UPS shipping method that Really Right Stuff uses is Worldwide Expedited. We have negotiated an excellent discount rate with UPS, and we pass those cost savings to you. Delivery time varies from 2 to 7 business days (most locations deliver in 4 days).
Due to product and brands limitations and your country's import regulations, some products may not be available for purchase and delivery outside of USA. If a product is restricted to your country, it will be noted in the shopping cart along with instructions to remove that product before you’ll be able to complete your purchase. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
While the BioHelp team works hard to prevent products from shipping to countries where ingredients are problematic or prohibited, we cannot guarantee that our restriction information is always up to date. As these regulations change constantly, we strongly recommend that you check with your local authorities for information on regulations that may affect your ability to receive your order.
Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund of any kind for orders seized or destroyed by Customs unless the order is returned back to our fulfillment center in an undamaged and resalable condition. A refund will be issued will be for the cost of the merchandise only; shipping costs cannot be reimbursed. In addition, if biohelp.me is billed for the cost of the return shipment due to restrictions, you may be responsible for that cost, too.
In addition to prohibited items/ingredients, we are also unable to ship free samples or any product requiring cold packs to outside the United States.
We welcome your feedback! If you find a product that should be restricted from shipping to your country, or an item that should not be restricted, please contact us with the product name and a link to the relevant policy from your local regulatory agency/authority’s website. We’ll inspect the issue immediately and update our restrictions accordingly.
We cannot change your delivery address after an order has been submitted. We work directly with our shippers to help resolve address issues where possible, but we cannot be held responsible for any delays, fees, or other delivery issues if your address was incorrectly entered at checkout. If such an error causes an order to be rejected, lost, or destroyed, we cannot issue a refund or replacement of any kind. If the error causes the order to be sent back to us, you may be responsible for return shipping fees, and we'll only be able to refund you for the cost of merchandise. If the return delivery cost is greater than the value of the merchandise, biohelp.me will inform the carrier to abandon the package and no refund will be issued.
Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund of any kind for orders seized, damaged, or destroyed by Customs unless the order is returned back to our fulfillment center in undamaged and resalable condition. In that event, a refund will be issued for the cost of the merchandise only; shipping costs will not be reimbursed. Customs fees may apply. Please note that if the cost to return a rejected package to our fulfillment center exceeds the value of the order, we'll instruct the courier to destroy the package and a refund will not be issued.

Please know that all prices on the Biohelp website (biohelp.me), receipt, and all charges made by Biohelp are in US Dollars.
Charges will post to your bank account in your currency amount. This is why you may see different charges on your statement, than you see on the receipt we sent you.
Your bank may also assess a fee to convert the US Dollars to your currency.
Please contact your bank and ask about currency exchange fees associated with this charge.
BioHelp.me cannot be held responsible for any laws or regulations that result in Customs applying additional cost to your order, whether tax or duties, nor any related seized products or delivery delays. However, the vast majority of international shipments do not experience problems or delays, and our customers are very rarely assessed additional fees. In the event additional fees are assessed to your order, your local Customs authority will contact you directly. By ordering from biohelp.me, you agree to the policies stated above. Biohelp.me reserves the right to change these policies at any time, and we also retain the right to refuse service to any customer at our sole discretion.
