RETURNS & REFUNDS
Here at Biohelp, we make awesome products and we know it. But, if you happen to disagree, we have a no-hassle return policy to take back your purchase. We give you thirty days from your date of purchase to return your items. Unfortunately, if thirty days have passed since your purchase date, we will be unable to offer you a refund.
High-altitude transportation of goods has created unique problems in maintaining the integrity of the packaging. Ground transportation through higher elevations and air transportation via cargo and feeder aircraft with either partial or no pressurization results in a high incidence of reports of packaging failure. Packages sealed at or near sea level will experience an increased pressure differential on the seal/closure/finish with exposure to higher elevations. This pressure differential can cause leaks. If the amount of leaked product is less than 5% of total volume it is considered as potential allowance for air shipping delivery and no refund will be provided.
To be eligible for a refund, your item(s) must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging.
Once we have received your return, we will notify you via email that your return has been received and is undergoing inspection. We will then send you a second email to inform you whether or not your return has been approved and a refund has been issued.
Once your return is approved, a refund will be processed back to your original form of payment and will post to your account within thirty days.
If you do not see your refund hit your account right away, don’t panic. Prior to contacting us we ask that you:
Double check your bank or credit card account.
Contact bank or your credit card company as it takes several days for a processed credit to be posted to your account

Return shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer as shipping costs are non-refundable. If your return is approved, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. We strongly suggest using a tracked shipping service so you can verify the delivery of your return. If the value of your item is in excess of $75, we also encourage choosing an insured shipping method.
In the event of an exchange, the time to receive your new item may vary.
